David Gauldfeldt
Mr. Gauldfeldt is a 30 year technical and management expert with experience working across Department of Defense, Federal Civilian and Commercial sectors. He has been instrumental in leading TekSynap’s growth from its small business roots to its entrance into the Federal mid-market. In his previous assignment, Mr. Gauldfeldt was a Vice President of Civilian Solutions for General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). In this capacity he provided leadership across a 2,400-person business sector with nearly $500M in annual revenue supporting strategic initiatives for the organization including business capture, market analytics, and program remediation. Corporate supports functions include program reporting, strategic account management, vendor relations, partner relations, and human capital management. A primary area of focus has been contract capture, transition, and implementation of proposed concept of operations within strategic accounts. Mr. Gauldfeldt has supported multiple large complex consolidations and integrations in the Federal space including the M&A transactions for SIGNAL Corporation, Veridian, FCBS, Anteon, and Vangent. Mr. Gauldfeldt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and is a graduate of the Stanford University Department of Management Science and Engineering’s Executive Institute.
